Salary: $102,000–$175,950 base pay

What you will do

• Own end-to-end ServiceNow platform architecture and configuration for a designated process domain.
• Translate business needs into scalable solutions aligned with enterprise architecture standards and long-term platform strategy.
• Implement maintainable server-side logic with Business Rules and Script Includes, including automated tests where applicable.
• Design ACLs, role and group strategies, and least-privilege access models for a governed enterprise environment.
• Lead upgrade planning, testing, remediation, and technical-debt reduction.
• Provide architectural guidance, resolve complex incidents, and mentor developers and integrators.

Requirements

• At least 7 years of hands-on ServiceNow platform architecture, design, and implementation experience on large-scale enterprise platforms.
• Practical experience designing Business Rules, Script Includes, and ACLs in a governed environment.
• Functional expertise in at least one ServiceNow process area, such as HSRD, Source2Pay, or LSD.
• Strong judgment across performance, security, maintainability, upgrade impact, and technical debt.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, with the ability to explain design tradeoffs to technical and business stakeholders.
• Ability to present concrete examples of ServiceNow architecture and implementation decisions during interviews.

Nice to have

• Two or more current ServiceNow certifications, such as CIS, CAD, or CSA.
• Experience planning and executing major ServiceNow upgrades, including remediation of customization-related issues.
