Senior Systems Engineer (TS/SCI)

Location: Scottsdale, Arizona, United States. Must be a US citizen due to government requirements and hold an active DoD TS/SCI clearance at the time of hire.

What you will do

• Analyze, define, manage, and allocate customer and system requirements across subsystems and components.
• Design, evaluate, integrate, verify, and validate complex ground-system elements, networks, and information systems.
• Perform technical planning, trade studies, performance, cost, risk, supportability, and effectiveness analyses.
• Evaluate governmental security specifications and support system accreditation, certification, testing, and security documentation.
• Coordinate external interfaces and Interface Control Documents while managing scope, complexity, and requirements impacts.
• Plan and execute project tasks, provide technical direction when needed, and identify opportunities to apply AI for continuous improvement.

Requirements

• US citizenship is required.
• Active DoD TS/SCI clearance is required at the time of hire.
• Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering or a related science, engineering, technology, or mathematics field with 8+ years of job-related experience, or a master’s degree with 6+ years of experience.
• Experience with Agile methods and working under limited direction.
• Expertise in multi-level and cross-domain security, system specifications, hardware/software compatibility, and systems integration.
• Ability to independently determine solution approaches and resolve complex system design weaknesses.
