Lead Salesforce Architect (Salesforce)

Location: 100% remote within the United States

Salary: $175,000–$200,000 annually

What you will do

• Design and govern enterprise Salesforce implementations across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Industry Clouds.
• Set technical strategy for complex, multi-org Salesforce environments.
• Establish standards for platform security, integrations, customization, and maintainability.
• Define architectural trade-offs between declarative and programmatic Salesforce solutions.
• Partner with business stakeholders and engineering teams to deliver scalable solutions.
• Lead large Salesforce programs from initial architecture through end-to-end delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• At least 8 years of Salesforce experience, including substantial architecture or technical leadership experience.
• Deep expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flow, Salesforce data and sharing models, and platform limits.
• Hands-on experience with complex Salesforce integrations, enterprise-scale security models, Salesforce DX, and modern DevOps tooling.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Salesforce Certified Application Architect or System Architect credentials.

Nice to have

• Salesforce Certified Technical Architect credential.
• Experience with MuleSoft Anypoint Platform.
• Familiarity with Financial Services Cloud, Health Cloud, or other Industry Clouds.
• Exposure to Einstein AI or Agentforce features.
• Experience with multi-org consolidation or M&A integrations.
