Public Sector Solutions (PSS) Architect (Salesforce)

What you will do

• Own end-to-end solution architecture for Salesforce Public Sector Solutions implementations across licensing, permitting, inspections, grants, benefits, case management, regulatory, health and human services, and constituent service programs.
• Lead architecture for Public Sector Solutions, Health Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, OmniStudio, and Agentforce.
• Define enterprise, application, integration, security, identity, and data architecture.
• Translate business requirements into scalable solutions through discovery workshops and stakeholder collaboration.
• Design OmniScripts, FlexCards, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures, Flows, Apex, Lightning Web Components, and reusable accelerators.
• Establish DevSecOps, CI/CD, environment management, release governance, development standards, and compliance with FedRAMP, NIST, WCAG, HIPAA, CJIS, and state security standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 8+ years of Salesforce implementation experience, including 5+ years as a Solution or Technical Architect.
• Hands-on Salesforce Public Sector Solutions experience and domain knowledge in licensing, permitting, inspections, grants, benefits, case management, regulatory programs, or Health & Human Services.
• Expertise with OmniStudio, Experience Cloud, Apex, LWC, Flow, Platform Events, and Integration Procedures.
• Strong API and integration architecture experience with REST, SOAP, OAuth, Named Credentials, MuleSoft, HL7/FHIR, and middleware platforms.
• Experience with enterprise security, identity, data migration, data governance, multi-org Salesforce architectures, Git-based DevSecOps, and CI/CD. Salesforce Application Architect or System Architect certification is required or preferred; CTA is highly desirable.

Nice to have

• Experience delivering State and Local government digital transformation programs.
• Knowledge of public-sector licensing, inspections, grants administration, benefits eligibility, financial assistance, and constituent engagement.
• Experience with CRM Analytics, Agentforce, AI capabilities, GIS, document generation, and enterprise integration platforms.
