What you will do

• Own architecture decisions for OmniStudio/Vlocity configuration including OmniScripts, FlexCards, DataRaptors, and Integration Procedures.
• Prioritize declarative PSS capabilities and OmniStudio options over custom Apex or LWC development.
• Lead the development squad through technical discussions, solution design sessions, and rigorous code reviews.
• Coordinate deployments across SIT, UAT, and production environments using SFDX and Vlocity CLI tooling.
• Develop Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and declarative flows to extend Salesforce PSS for regulatory workflows.
• Build and maintain REST and SOAP API integrations and platform events to connect Salesforce PSS with external state systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related STEM field.
• 5+ years of custom Salesforce development experience with Apex, LWC, Aura, and Visualforce.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce OmniStudio.
• Must be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident authorized to work in the USA.
• Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (required); Platform Developer II or OmniStudio Developer (preferred).
• Proficiency with SFDX CLI, Vlocity CLI, and multi-environment deployment pipelines.

Nice to have

• Experience with state, local, or federal government Salesforce engagements.
• Knowledge of Salesforce Shield (Event Monitoring, Field Audit Trail, Platform Encryption).
• Experience with DevOps tools such as Copado or Gearset.
• Mobile offline development experience.
