Salesforce Architect

hirify.global is hiring for its Salesforce team within the Engineering & Technology direction.

What you will do

• Define and govern enterprise Salesforce architecture across Sales, Service, Experience Cloud, and custom applications.
• Lead advanced customization with Apex, LWC, Flows, Platform Events, and event-driven architecture.
• Establish engineering standards, design patterns, DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and release management.
• Architect integrations between Salesforce, MuleSoft, SAP, Documentum, Excalibur, GIS/ESRI, and legacy systems.
• Own Salesforce data architecture, migrations, modeling, governance, quality, and integration with the Enterprise Data Platform and Data Cloud.
• Lead AI-augmented delivery, platform governance, compliance, stakeholder collaboration, and mentoring across onshore and offshore teams.

Requirements

• 8+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience, including at least 4 years as a Salesforce Architect.
• Expertise in Apex, LWC, Flows, SOQL/SOSL, Platform Events, and Salesforce platform internals.
• Enterprise integration architecture experience with MuleSoft or equivalent middleware, REST/SOAP APIs, and event-driven architecture.
• Strong data engineering experience in data modeling, ETL/ELT design, large-scale migrations, and data quality governance.
• Daily software delivery use of Generative AI and Agentic AI tools with measurable productivity outcomes.
• Experience with Salesforce DX, Git, CI/CD pipelines, multi-org DevOps tooling, and a required Salesforce Application Architect or System Architect certification.

Nice to have

• Certified Technical Architect, Integration Architecture Designer, or Data Architecture Designer certifications.
• Experience in regulated utility, energy, or infrastructure sectors, including NERC compliance and audit requirements.
• Familiarity with Salesforce Data Cloud, Einstein Analytics, Agentforce, and Field Service Lightning.
• Experience with Windsurf, Devin, Documentum, Excalibur, or similar Agentic AI and enterprise content management systems.
