Salesforce Solution Architect (Public Sector)

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end Salesforce solution architecture for the eLIPSE Licensing, Permitting, and Inspection Project.
• Translate business requirements into scalable solutions using Salesforce Public Sector Solutions and related platform capabilities.
• Architect integrations across Salesforce, MuleSoft, and enterprise applications using REST, SOAP, and Bulk APIs.
• Define data models, master data management strategies, synchronization approaches, and security controls.
• Review designs, configurations, customizations, code, vendor deliverables, and technical specifications.
• Govern design, development, testing, UAT, deployment, change control, and production support while mentoring development teams.

Requirements

• 10+ years of Salesforce platform experience, including 5+ years as a Salesforce Solution Architect or Technical Architect.
• Experience designing large-scale enterprise Salesforce solutions and leading multi-system implementations.
• Strong expertise in Salesforce architecture, enterprise integration, data architecture, solution design, and security architecture.
• Experience with Salesforce Platform, Experience Cloud, Service Cloud, OmniStudio, Apex, Lightning Components, and Salesforce Flow.
• Experience with MuleSoft, REST/SOAP/Bulk APIs, data modeling, master data management, CI/CD, Copado, Agile, and DevOps practices.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience, with strong stakeholder engagement, executive communication, vendor review, and team mentoring skills.

Nice to have

• Salesforce Application Architect, System Architect, or Certified Technical Architect certification.
• MuleSoft certification and Copado experience.
• Government or public sector project experience.
• Experience with licensing, permitting, inspection, or regulatory systems.
