Compensation: $128,560 – $188,900 (based on location).

What you will do

• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to architect and manage solutions within Salesforce and adjacent technologies.
• Develop a holistic view of CRM-based processes to ensure compatibility across upstream and downstream systems.
• Lead end-to-end projects to improve tracking and management of CPQ/CLM products.
• Architect automation using Lightning Components, Apex, and Flow to ensure scalability and system health.
• Translate complex business requirements into actionable technical solutions for diverse stakeholders.
• Advocate for technology best practices and represent the technology team in roadmap design.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience with Salesforce and Order-to-Cash implementations.
• 5+ years of experience designing large-scale automation within CLM and e-signature tools (Conga + DocuSign).
• Advanced knowledge of Salesforce declarative automation, Conga X-Author, and DocuSign APIs.
• Proven track record of leading complex, cross-functional strategic initiatives.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to document processes and influence stakeholders.
• Must be based in the US (excluding CA, CT, NJ, NY, PA, WA).

Nice to have

• Salesforce B2B Solution Architect, Platform App Builder, or Developer I certifications.
• Experience designing for large-scale operations (2,000+ users).
• Familiarity with BI tools like Tableau or Power BI and integration middleware like Mulesoft or Workato.
