Senior Distribution Director (Warehouse Operations)

Location: On-site at the Toronto Branch in Milton, Ontario, Canada

Salary: CAD 250,000–300,000 per year

What you will do

• Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations across inbound, outbound, and supporting departments.
• Lead and empower a team of more than 300 warehouse employees.
• Drive exceptional customer service and same-day shipping performance.
• Maintain high standards of accuracy, safety, and operational performance.
• Manage operations within a 1 million-square-foot facility carrying more than 43,000 products.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 10+ years of hands-on management experience in distribution centers larger than 500,000 square feet.
• Experience recruiting and motivating teams of more than 300 employees.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Experience with performance metrics and warehouse management systems.
