What you will do

• Coordinate daily digital fulfillment activities, including picking and dispensing tasks.
• Provide direction, delegate work, follow up on task completion, and support salesfloor operations.
• Lead daily team huddles, communicate priorities, set goals, and track productivity.
• Deliver customer service by locating merchandise, promoting products and services, making purchase decisions, and resolving customer issues.
• Teach, train, coach, and provide feedback to associates while identifying development opportunities.
• Support scheduling, performance management, recruiting, hiring, safety procedures, and store management tasks.

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Ability to coordinate tasks and support daily department operations.
• Ability to provide customer service and communicate effectively with associates and management.
• Ability to work safely and follow company policies and procedures.
