Senior Manager, Merchant Launch (Ecommerce Fulfillment)

Location: Las Vegas, Nevada, United States; ability to travel up to 15–25%.

What you will do

• Analyze merchant attributes and SKU profiles to determine effective fulfillment solutions.
• Own the planning, design, execution, and oversight of new merchant launches.
• Coordinate cross-functional launch requirements, resolve issues, and engage prospective merchants on operational solutions.
• Define launch metrics and build dashboards and reporting tools for data-driven decisions.
• Develop new service offerings, train operations teams, and support on-site implementation.
• Mentor team members and develop leadership capabilities and continuous improvement practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in ecommerce fulfillment operations, inventory management, and process optimization.
• Strong leadership, team management, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience using Excel, Google Sheets, Metabase, Tableau, or similar analytical tools.
• Proficiency with ERP, inventory management, and warehouse management systems.
• Knowledge of inventory control, lean principles, and continuous improvement methodologies.

Nice to have

• Lean program leadership experience or relevant certifications.
• Wholesale or B2B fulfillment experience.
