Facilities Lead

Location: On-site at the Wisconsin Distribution Center in Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin, United States

Pay: $32–$38 per hour with significant growth and earning potential

What you will do

• Lead facility operations for an assigned building within hirify.global’s network of more than 800,000 square feet of workspace.
• Plan preventive maintenance, budgets, capital expenses, and facility projects.
• Schedule, assign, and perform carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC projects.
• Monitor landscaping, janitorial, and security services against hirify.global standards.
• Respond to emergency maintenance requests, troubleshoot issues, and maintain activity records.
• Assist with construction project management and prepare reports for management.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience working with MEP, landscaping, HVAC, and electrical systems.
• Hands-on warehouse facilities management experience is preferred.
• A bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Ability to work on-site at the Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin distribution center.
• Successful completion of a pre-employment hair follicle drug screening is required.
