Technician Facilities Maintenance

Location: Olive Branch, Mississippi, United States; regular and predictable on-site attendance required

Salary: $16.88–$24.23 per hour

What you will do

• Perform preventive maintenance on loading dock equipment, evaporative coolers, conveyors, pump house equipment, and mobile hydraulic tools.
• Repair warehouse infrastructure, including racking systems, beams, decking, and carton flow racks.
• Maintain fire suppression, safety lighting, fire extinguishers, and internal and external access systems.
• Handle general facility services, including equipment setup, furniture moves, errands, and basic electrical, plumbing, HVAC, roofing, and painting work.
• Design and construct tooling and fixtures to improve productivity and implement procedures.
• Conduct building inspections, identify maintenance needs, complete corrective actions, and coordinate with management and contractors.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• 5–7 years of plumbing, carpentry, electrical, and drywall experience.
• 2–5 years of preventive maintenance and general building maintenance experience.
• Experience operating electric forklifts and scissor lifts, with mechanical troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to interpret construction drawings and specifications and use Microsoft Office.
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and availability for weekend and off-shift work.

Nice to have

• Warehouse or manufacturing maintenance experience.
• Security, SAP, or Emaint and other preventive maintenance software experience.
• HVAC skills and strong communication and interpersonal skills.
