Channel Partnerships Delivery Manager (Supply Chain Integrations)

Location: Work from home. The published salary range applies to candidates residing in the United States; compensation outside the United States varies by location.

Salary: $114,200–$152,800 USD annually, plus annual bonus and equity.

What you will do

• Build and scale a supply chain partner ecosystem connecting suppliers, OEMs, retailers, distributors, and system integrators.
• Guide partners from technical discovery and presales through integration development, certification, and production launch.
• Provide hands-on support for V2 and V3 APIs, including credentialing, setup, troubleshooting, catalog uploads, and location go-lives.
• Review integration architectures and advise on scalable, secure, and maintainable patterns using middleware, webhooks, and event-driven systems.
• Lead technical certification against functional, security, performance, and compliance standards.
• Identify API gaps, resolve escalations, document bugs, and translate partner feedback into product and roadmap input.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in API integrations, solutions engineering, technical support, or technical account management.
• Hands-on expertise with RESTful API design, testing, debugging, and documentation.
• Knowledge of supply chain and procurement workflows, including catalog management, real-time pricing and availability, API, EDI, and punchout integrations.
• Proficiency with Postman or similar API testing tools and a solid understanding of OAuth 2.0.
• Experience advising external technical teams and managing partner integrations from design through production.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Nice to have

• Experience with ERP, FSM, or operational and field service management platforms.
• Experience with SaaS ecosystems, developer platforms, and partner or marketplace programs.
