Senior Technology Alliances Manager (AI)

Location: Boston, MA, USA. Hybrid work model balancing office and remote work.

Salary: USD 162,000–230,000 yearly, with potential commission or performance bonus.

What you will do

• Develop and execute partnership plans for strategic technology partners, including milestones, deliverables, success metrics, and regular business reviews.
• Build multi-threaded relationships with executive sponsors, product leaders, business development, and technical teams up to C-level stakeholders.
• Bring Product Management, Engineering, and architecture teams together to design, develop, and launch joint integrations and solutions.
• Coordinate with Legal, Finance, Partner Operations, Marketing, Channel, MSP, and Sales Alliances teams on agreements, economics, enablement, and go-to-market execution.
• Develop partner-specific messaging, competitive positioning, co-sell playbooks, co-branded assets, webinars, events, and case studies.
• Provide executive updates, escalate risks and blockers, and deliver quarterly partnership scorecards and business reviews.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in technology alliances, strategic partnerships, or business development.
• Track record of executing strategic technology partnerships and joint integrations in enterprise software, cybersecurity, or data protection.
• Strong technical fluency with API-based integrations, cloud architectures, and modern AI or agent frameworks such as MCP and AI Skills.
• Ability to build trust-based relationships with partner organizations and align cross-functional internal teams.
• Understanding of enterprise software economics, partner business models, and ecosystem value.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Nice to have

• Experience with partners such as CrowdStrike, ServiceNow, Palo Alto Networks, AWS, or Microsoft.
• Experience with MCP, AI Skills, and agentic workflows.
