What you will do

• Manage end-to-end onboarding and implementation projects for new customers
• Coordinate timelines across product, engineering, and client teams
• Translate business requirements into system setup and workflows
• Identify risks and resolve blockers to keep projects on track
• Support customers during go-live and handover to customer success

Requirements

• 3–6 years in project management, delivery, or implementation roles
• Background in logistics, supply chain, or SaaS implementation is a plus
• Highly organised and structured, with strong stakeholder management skills
• Tech-savvy, comfortable with APIs, integrations, or ERP/WMS tools
• Fluent in English; other European languages a plus
