CRM & Integration Delivery Lead (Dynamics 365)

Location: Remote, based in the United States; California salary range applies. Support is required across multiple time zones, with occasional travel and possible evening, weekend, or holiday work.

Salary: $115,000–$143,750 annually, depending on geographic location, market conditions, qualifications, and experience.

What you will do

• Own intake, sizing, sequencing, forecasting, and delivery commitments for the Dynamics 365 CRM and Azure integration backlog.
• Communicate portfolio status, risks, forecast changes, and escalations to business stakeholders and IT leadership.
• Manage dependencies across CRM, Azure integrations, ERP, webstore, and adjacent commercial and quality systems.
• Coordinate release management, environment readiness, cutover, and post-release verification within vendor-controlled release cycles.
• Manage implementation vendors, schedules, statements of work, hand-offs, estimates, and delivery escalations.
• Administer Azure DevOps as the delivery system of record and produce reporting on forecast accuracy, throughput, slippage, and unplanned work.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of technology project delivery experience, including 3+ years leading CRM platform and integration delivery.
• Experience with Dynamics 365 is strongly preferred; Salesforce or a comparable enterprise CRM is acceptable with genuine integration depth.
• Strong understanding of SaaS delivery lifecycles, vendor-controlled releases, environments, sandboxes, upgrades, and regression windows.
• Working fluency with Azure integration services such as Logic Apps, Service Bus, Functions, and API Management, or comparable middleware.
• Experience using Azure DevOps or an equivalent tool for planning and forecasting, plus proven vendor and partner management skills.
