What you will do

  • Serve as a contact person for customers regarding sales-related and other inquiries.
  • Support the Business Development function and provide a high level of customer service.
  • Provide administrative and technical support for contracts, customer service, and order history management.
  • Register and forward contracts and relevant information to key stakeholders.
  • Coordinate goods shipments with logistics and production departments.
  • Complete additional administrative tasks related to Sales Operations.

Requirements

  • Experience working with customers and managing sales-related documentation.
  • Experience working with ERP systems; 1C, SAP, or Comarch ERP is an advantage.
  • Confident use of Excel and Google Sheets.
  • Strong knowledge of Ukrainian and Italian.
  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in economics, logistics, or administration.
