Inside Sales Specialist Apprentice

What you will do

• Connect with new and existing customers by phone, email, online portals, and face-to-face meetings.
• Manage customer backlogs and monitor order status to ensure timely follow-up and resolution.
• Prepare and follow up on requests for quotations and sales quotations.
• Coordinate logistics activities to support smooth order processing and customer delivery.
• Respond accurately to customer information requests and support inventory, lead-time, and pricing requirements.
• Follow sales activities from initial contact through order fulfilment while collaborating with suppliers and internal teams.

Requirements

• Fluent English and Italian communication skills.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Sales-oriented approach suited to a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn systems and processes.
• Ability to work in or from Modena, Italy, with flexible home working available.
