Sales Development Representative (Logistics)

Location: Must be based in Milan, Italy (Onsite)

Salary: €25,600–€35,200 EUR (Gross Annual Base)

What you will do

• Identify and create new sales opportunities within the European market.
• Collaborate with Account Executives to prioritize and pursue strategic leads.
• Demonstrate the value of logistics solutions via phone, email, and social channels.
• Shadow Account Executives in meetings to develop consultative sales skills.
• Manage the full cycle of initial outreach to qualify potential business partners.

Requirements

• Fluent Italian and English (spoken and written) required.
• Must be based in or able to work from the Milan office.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Previous commercial or sales experience.
• Solution-oriented mindset with a high energy level.
