Vice President of Distribution Operations

Location: Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin, United States. All positions are on-site.

What you will do

• Direct and optimize distribution operations across 14 North American locations and more than 5,000 warehouse employees.
• Evaluate inventory, workflows, productivity, and workforce planning to improve efficiency.
• Support warehouse development initiatives, including site selection, building design, and product placement.
• Assess warehouse systems and technologies to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.
• Ensure high standards of accuracy, safety, and performance in daily warehouse functions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; a master’s degree is preferred.
• 15+ years of experience, including supervisory roles in a multi-state or multi-building distribution center environment.
• 7+ years of distribution management experience required.
• Knowledge of inbound and outbound warehouse operations.
• Experience with performance metrics and warehouse management systems.
