Location: Onsite in Sheridan, Arkansas, United States

Salary: $69,650–$105,850 per year, plus performance bonus or variable incentive compensation.

What you will do

• Supervise put-away, replenishment, picking, inventory, and product movement across rack and floor storage locations.
• Lead and assign a team of approximately 20–50 warehouse associates to meet shipping and production delivery requirements.
• Partner with the General Supervisor to determine storage locations, update procedures, and train an effective workforce.
• Maintain Warehouse Management System data and prepare time, production, usage, safety, quality, delivery, cost, and 5S reports.
• Inspect material-handling equipment, initiate repair or replacement requests, and maintain an orderly and safe work environment.
• Support safety initiatives, incident investigations, training, Kaizen events, accident prevention, and return-to-work programs.

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent education and experience; an associate degree or higher is preferred.
• At least 3 years of distribution experience or equivalent experience in a comparable role.
• Ability to maintain a safe work environment, meet productivity and cost expectations, maintain quality, and follow company policies.
• Ability to build strong relationships with internal and external customers.
• Prior supervisory or leadership experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, or distribution environment is preferred.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.
