Shipping and Receiving Supervisor (Manufacturing)

Location: Lakeville, Minnesota, United States. Primarily onsite in a production and warehouse setting, with time in an office; frequent walking and standing, occasional travel, and lifting up to 25 lbs.

Salary: $58,491–$73,114 annually, plus eligibility for an annual incentive plan.

What you will do

• Supervise shipping and receiving activities, including shipment documentation, data entry, loading trucks, material checks, and ASN/BOM matching.
• Manage dock traffic and ensure logistics suppliers follow company policies and procedures.
• Track shipping and receiving performance metrics and guide associates toward scorecard objectives.
• Coordinate materials, work orders, requisitions, and product documentation to support staging, movement, shipping, and receiving.
• Partner with internal and external stakeholders to meet on-time delivery requirements.
• Lead staffing, training, employee relations, performance management, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes, supply chain operations, inventory management, and movement of goods and materials.
• Ability to manage supplier relationships and transactions involving raw materials or product components.
• Knowledge of day-to-day manufacturing plant or facility operations.
