Director of Operations - Warehouse

Location: White, Georgia, United States. The role is onsite, includes 10% travel, and offers relocation assistance to successful applicants. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

What you will do

• Manage warehouse operations, shipping and receiving, transportation, inventory, equipment utilization, and product storage.
• Lead supervisors and more than 100 Team Members across multi-shift, seven-day operations.
• Maintain safety, productivity, quality, customer service, and regulatory standards.
• Own facility operating costs, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, corrective actions, and P&L responsibilities.
• Develop warehouse systems and lead continuous improvement projects covering workflows, staffing, space, and equipment layout.
• Resolve receiving and shipping issues and collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Supply Chain or Operations.
• Preferred 15–20 years of management experience in distribution or warehouse operations.
• Experience managing inbound and outbound freight, carrier selection, routing, and delivery coordination.
• Experience leading more than 100 Team Members on a seven-day work-week schedule and managing multi-shift operations.
• Strong systems understanding, intermediate to advanced Excel skills, and experience with ERP systems.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States is required.
