Distribution Supervisor (Automated Distribution)

Location: 6050 East North Belt Rd, Las Vegas, Nevada, United States. Onsite, second shift, Monday–Friday, 2:00 p.m.–10:30 p.m.

Base salary: $45,000–$75,000 USD per year, plus eligibility for an annual bonus or role-based sales incentive plan.

What you will do

• Lead warehouse receiving, putaway, order filling, rewarehousing, staging, and outbound shipment preparation.
• Manage Associate activities to maintain continuous shipping and receiving flow, accurate order closeouts, and compliance with customer shipping instructions.
• Plan staffing, space, inventory, facility expenses, and operational resources in line with distribution targets and budget.
• Train, coach, evaluate, and discipline Associates while maintaining safety, housekeeping, equipment-use, and warehouse procedures.
• Use Warehouse Management Systems, SAP, and Fortna carton sorting and labeling systems to improve distribution capacity and process adherence.
• Partner with Customer Service, Transportation, Manufacturing Plants, trainers, warehouse leads, and customers to improve operations and challenge the status quo.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of warehousing experience, including 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Associate’s degree preferred, or equivalent experience in lieu of a degree.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Strong oral and written communication, prioritization, organization, and workload-management skills.
• Ability to participate in and promote continuous improvement, individual development, and operational accuracy.
• Ability to work onsite in Las Vegas on the Monday–Friday second shift from 2:00 p.m. to 10:30 p.m.

Nice to have

• Previous experience in an automated distribution environment.
• Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems and SAP.
• Experience with Microsoft Access.
