Senior Marketing Coordinator (AI)

Location: Remote from Manila, Philippines; working NZ hours and holidays

Salary: $1,800–$2,500 NZD per month

What you will do

• Execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social media, email, events, and webinars.
• Coordinate campaign plans, timelines, deliverables, approvals, stakeholders, and external suppliers.
• Build AI-powered workflows and automate repetitive marketing tasks to improve productivity and output.
• Manage social media activity, content calendars, copywriting, publishing, community engagement, and brand consistency.
• Plan and coordinate events and webinars, including logistics, registrations, communications, materials, presenter support, and follow-up.
• Prepare campaign reports, dashboards, KPI tracking, documentation, budgets, and recommendations for the Marketing Manager.

Requirements

• Proven senior experience in marketing coordination, marketing operations, or digital marketing.
• Demonstrated experience executing multi-channel marketing campaigns and managing competing deadlines.
• Extensive practical experience using AI for marketing productivity, including building AI workflows and automation processes.
• Strong social media management experience, particularly with Facebook and LinkedIn.
• Strong copywriting, content creation, project management, organisational, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Availability to work New Zealand hours and holidays from the Philippines.

Nice to have

• Experience marketing professional services businesses.
• Experience with webinar platforms, online event delivery, graphic design, video editing, and digital content production.
• Experience with Google Ads, Meta advertising, CRM marketing automation, and related platforms.
