Marketing & Design Specialist (AI)

Location: Remote, anywhere

Compensation: US$1,300–1,500 per month, depending on experience and capability.

BBG supplies industrial and medical gases, hydraulic hose assemblies, and industrial products throughout Bermuda.

What you will do

• Lead BBG’s marketing function from identifying opportunities through execution and evaluation.
• Create polished designs and visual communications for digital and print materials.
• Write and edit website content, email campaigns, advertising copy, and other marketing communications.
• Develop and manage campaigns across websites, email, paid advertising, print, radio, and other relevant channels.
• Use marketing data and customer decision-making insights to improve campaigns and communications.
• Use AI extensively to improve speed and quality while evaluating, refining, and combining its output with professional judgment.

Requirements

• Strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality design, marketing, or creative work.
• Strong design and visual communication skills with the ability to personally create polished materials.
• Strong written English and a solid foundation in copywriting.
• Understanding of marketing fundamentals and customer decision-making.
• Comfort working with websites, email marketing, paid advertising, and other digital marketing tools.
• Ability to interpret marketing data, use AI effectively, take responsibility for results, and follow through on commitments.

Nice to have

• Experience with Figma, Canva, Slack, and modern AI tools, or comparable alternatives.
• Love of learning and willingness to investigate unfamiliar topics, ask questions, and seek help when needed.
