Senior Marketing Coordinator (GoHighLevel)

Location: Remote from the Philippines; PST business hours required.

hirify.global is hiring for a client seeking hands-on marketing coordination, digital operations, and executive support.

What you will do

• Coordinate calendars, meetings, communications, project trackers, priorities, and executive follow-ups.
• Create, schedule, and publish content across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and community groups while managing engagement and messages.
• Build marketing assets in Canva, edit short-form videos with Veed or OpusClip, and organize scripts, guides, workbooks, and digital content libraries.
• Build and manage GoHighLevel email workflows, campaigns, outreach sequences, CRM records, pipelines, and follow-ups.
• Administer digital programs and memberships, maintain participant records and materials, and coordinate participant communications.
• Research prospects, develop targeted lead lists, support outreach, compile reports, and assist with minor website and account updates.

Requirements

• Proven experience in marketing coordination, executive assistance, digital operations, or a related role.
• Hands-on experience with GoHighLevel or a similar CRM and marketing automation platform.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace, Canva, video editing tools such as Veed or OpusClip, LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram.
• Strong written English communication, organizational skills, multitasking ability, attention to detail, and independent execution.
• Availability to work consistently during PST business hours.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting founders, coaches, entrepreneurial businesses, online programs, memberships, or communities.
• Experience building GoHighLevel workflows, managing social media scheduling and analytics, generating leads, or creating short-form video content.
• Basic website editing experience and familiarity with paid social campaign setup and monitoring.
