Marketing Coordinator

Location: Completely remote, with flexible hours; irregular hours may be expected when working across different time zones.

Salary: AUD $25–40 per hour, based on experience. Hours: 20–30 per week.

hirify.global is hiring Marketing Coordinators for three Australian businesses: Janper, Tucker Environmental, and CFM Bookkeeping.

What you will do

• Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing campaigns across email, direct mail, web, social media, and other channels.
• Write, schedule, and optimize email campaigns, newsletters, automations, workflows, and marketing sequences.
• Manage CRM pipelines, contact segmentation, lead handoffs, and marketing automation, preferably using GoHighLevel or a comparable platform.
• Create content plans, marketing materials, lead magnets, landing pages, social media content, and website updates.
• Track campaign KPIs, website traffic, leads, customer engagement, and overall marketing performance.
• Coordinate video production, events, sponsorships, partnerships, and cross-functional marketing activities.

Requirements

• Excellent copywriting and editing skills, with samples of previous work.
• Strong hands-on CRM experience; multiple years of CRM experience are required.
• Ability to learn and use CRM systems, content management systems, email marketing tools, and other marketing technologies.
• Experience or capability in project management, including setting deadlines, preparing budgets, and managing simultaneous projects.
• Ability to work autonomously, organize workloads, take initiative, and meet clearly defined goals.
• Teachable, coachable attitude and potential to lead a future team of marketing assistants.

Nice to have

• Experience with GoHighLevel (GHL) or a comparable CRM platform.
• Basic video editing skills.
