Marketing Coordinator

Location: Remote with occasional travel to onsite conferences; a valid U.S. entry visa is required

What you will do

• Create, schedule, and manage digital marketing content promoting conferences, speakers, and attendees.
• Produce photos, videos, testimonials, and live content for conferences and marketing channels.
• Execute email marketing campaigns and event promotions to increase registrations and engagement.
• Manage social media presence, including LinkedIn and other professional platforms.
• Track campaign performance, engagement metrics, and inbound leads while maintaining accurate records.
• Collaborate with division leadership, marketing, graphics, and conference teams on campaigns, branding, and messaging.

Requirements

• A college degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field is preferred.
• Valid U.S. entry visa required.
• Advanced English skills in verbal and written communication required; English resumes and cover letters only.
• Experience with digital marketing, content creation, or email marketing is preferred.
• Strong written communication, attention to detail, organization, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Comfort with social media platforms and digital content tools, plus willingness to travel occasionally for onsite conference marketing.
