AI-Powered Marketing Coordinator (AI Automation)

Location: Philippines; fully remote. Working hours: U.S. business hours.

hirify.global is recruiting for a client seeking an AI-focused marketing professional to support external-facing marketing, outreach, content, and creative initiatives.

What you will do

• Build and improve AI-driven workflows, prompts, agents, automations, and repeatable operational systems.
• Manage social media channels, content calendars, LinkedIn publishing, newsletters, and marketing communications.
• Coordinate podcast production from scheduling and recording logistics through editing, publishing, and promotion.
• Build lead databases and execute cold email and LinkedIn outreach campaigns, optimizing targeting, messaging, sequences, and calls to action.
• Create and update landing pages, presentations, pitch decks, event materials, conference collateral, and branded documents.
• Coordinate conferences, webinars, client communications, and lightweight website, DNS, domain, and configuration updates.

Requirements

• Daily hands-on experience with AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, Codex, OpenClaw, or similar platforms.
• Strong ability to build AI workflows, prompts, automations, or operational systems.
• Excellent written English and strong copywriting skills.
• Experience with content, marketing, outreach, communications, social media, newsletters, or marketing assets.
• Experience using Canva, Google Workspace, and presentation tools, with the ability to learn technical platforms independently.
• Reliable remote work setup and availability during U.S. business hours.

Nice to have

• Podcast, audio, video, webinar, conference, event, email marketing, or newsletter experience.
• Experience with Clay, Instantly, Smartlead, LinkedIn automation, or similar outbound systems.
• Familiarity with GitHub, Supabase, Cloudflare, Amazon KDP, or self-publishing workflows.
• Experience in elective healthcare, aesthetics, ophthalmology, medspa, or plastic surgery.
• Experience using AI for design, content scaling, workflow automation, or operational efficiency.
