Director of Benefits

Location: On-site at Corporate Headquarters in Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin, United States

What you will do

• Plan, design, implement, and administer employee benefits programs aligned with business objectives.
• Partner with leadership and vendors to evaluate plans and maintain competitive benefits offerings.
• Oversee leave of absence and workers’ compensation programs.
• Guide and develop the Benefits team and committees.
• Collaborate with the Creative team to turn complex benefits information into clear employee communications.
• Support regulatory compliance, reporting, audits, and program integrity.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or a related field.
• 12+ years of experience managing employee benefits, including 5+ years in a leadership role.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to simplify complex topics.
• Familiarity with HRIS systems.
• All positions are on-site.

Nice to have

• Employee Benefit Specialist (CEBS) or another HR certification.
• Workday experience.
• Bilingual English and Spanish communication skills.
