SSHE Coordinator (Manufacturing)

Location: Manufacturing site in Dubai, United Arab Emirates; onsite role

What you will do

• Conduct daily inspections, review reported hazards, assign corrective actions, and monitor site compliance with safety and environmental standards.
• Lead risk assessments, incident investigations, safety improvement projects, and environmental initiatives.
• Supervise and train safety officers and champions across shifts and departments.
• Facilitate cross-functional safety meetings and present performance analysis to senior management.
• Organize fire and emergency drills and maintain inspection, certification, training, and audit records.
• Verify contractor compliance with permit-to-work and lockout/tagout requirements and develop SOPs, safe systems of work, and checklists.

Requirements

• Diploma of Associate Engineering or graduation.
• 2–4 years of experience in the safety industry.
• Knowledge of manufacturing, process safety, and food safety.
• Awareness of ISO 45001:2018 and ISO 14001:2018 standards.
• Microsoft Office skills, data analysis ability, and strong observation, auditing, influencing, and communication skills.
• Experience leading teams across a manufacturing site.

• NEBOSH IGC certification.
