What you will do

• Develop and maintain project-specific QA/QC, HSE, and security plans, registers, and compliance documentation.
• Establish quality control processes, inspection requirements, and FAT/SAT procedures for project deliverables.
• Monitor OHSE plan implementation across TSS projects, EPC programs, vendors, and subcontractors.
• Prepare security risk assessments, travel advisory plans, and emergency response protocols for high-risk environments.
• Track real-time geolocation of staff using digital platforms like ATAK and coordinate emergency response actions.
• Deliver project, site, safety, and security induction training for staff and field teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Engineering, Environmental Management, Security Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in QAHSSE, HSE, or security risk management.
• Experience supporting EPC, security, or infrastructure projects in remote or hostile environments.
• Deep knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 31000, and ISO 45001 standards.
• NEBOSH certification or equivalent occupational health and safety qualification.
• English proficiency is required.
