Candidate Engagement & Resourcing Consultant

Location: Remote from the Philippines, Metro Manila; full-time schedule of 9:30am–5:30pm EST, following US business hours.

Salary: Open; final compensation is determined by the client based on skills and experience.

What you will do

• Source recently active accounting and legal professionals through recruitment platforms such as Indeed.
• Craft tailored outreach messages about career paths and market opportunities.
• Respond to candidate inquiries and conduct warm phone screenings.
• Use consultative discovery to understand roles, technical skills, qualifications, salary expectations, work preferences, and notice periods.
• Present the firm's value proposition and build trust with prospective candidates.
• Document candidate information in the CRM and hand qualified profiles to Senior Consultants for placement.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in recruitment, sourcing, talent acquisition, or account management.
• Experience recruiting or sourcing in public accounting, legal, or professional services.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including confidence conducting professional phone interviews.
• Ability to build rapport quickly, ask insightful questions, and establish trust with active and passive job seekers.
• Highly organized, goal-oriented, and comfortable working against structured activity and performance metrics.
• Ability to learn ATS/CRM systems and use online recruitment platforms effectively.
