What you will do

• Source and engage candidates for active roles.
• Conduct structured prescreens and assess candidate suitability.
• Prepare client-ready profiles and coordinate candidate interviews.
• Brief candidates before interviews and progress them efficiently through each stage.
• Maintain accurate records in the ATS/CRM and communicate with internal stakeholders.
• Contribute to placement outcomes while following client processes, quality standards, and timelines.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in technical recruiting or related talent acquisition roles.
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed.
• Accurate and consistent use of an ATS/CRM system, such as Loxo or an equivalent.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and prioritization skills.
• Professional written email communication and daily communication through Microsoft Teams.
• Reliable high-speed internet, a functional call headset, and a quiet professional work-from-home setup in the Philippines.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or Psychology.
