What you will do

• Manage full-cycle recruitment processes from initial sourcing to final onboarding.
• Source candidates across multiple platforms including LinkedIn, JobStreet, Indeed, and OLJ.
• Conduct thorough candidate interviews and assessments.
• Develop and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring requirements.
• Manage ATS records and generate recruitment reports to track performance.

Requirements

• Must be based in the Philippines
• 3+ years of professional experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment processes.
• Strong sourcing and headhunting capabilities.
• Proficiency with ATS platforms and various recruitment tools.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
