Workforce Forecasting Manager

What you will do

• Build data-driven workforce forecasts to help Customer Service teams anticipate customer demand across North America.
• Lead and develop the WFM Forecasting team, supporting collaboration, performance, and continuous improvement.
• Partner with Customer Service leaders and cross-functional teams to align staffing strategies with demand and business trends.
• Monitor forecast performance and improve planning approaches to increase accuracy and support operational goals.
• Identify enhancements to forecasting processes, tools, and reporting, and present recommendations for business decisions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• At least 2 years of experience in a workforce management leadership role.
• At least 3 years of workforce forecasting and software experience, including demand planning and trend analysis.
• Advanced Excel skills, including complex formulas and data analysis.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• All positions are on-site.
