TL;DR
Workforce Management Process Analyst (Warehouse Operations): Maintaining and improving workforce management systems, labor standards, warehouse process documentation, and operational reporting with an accent on time studies, workflow analysis, and resource utilization. Focus on analyzing performance data, validating labor standards, training operational personnel, and driving safety, quality, productivity, and efficiency improvements.

Location: Hybrid role based in Avon, Indiana, with occasional travel between the Avon, IN and Danville, IL facilities. Travel required: 10–25%. Relocation assistance is not available.

What you will do

  • Maintain and support the workforce management system, including job codes, equipment data, access permissions, schedules, and related files.
  • Develop, implement, validate, and maintain labor standards for warehouse operations.
  • Conduct time studies, workflow analysis, and operational data analysis to identify productivity, labor, and process improvements.
  • Maintain warehouse layouts, process maps, and operational flow documentation.
  • Review workforce management reports and performance metrics with supervisors and operations leadership.
  • Train supervisors and support staff on workforce management tools, reporting, labor standards, and performance measurement.

Requirements

  • 4–6 years of experience in warehouse, distribution, industrial engineering, workforce management, or related operations environments.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or a related field preferred; equivalent education and experience may be considered.
  • 8–10 years of equivalent industry experience may substitute for a degree.
  • Knowledge of warehouse and distribution center operations, time studies, labor analysis, and process improvement.
  • Strong analytical, mathematical, communication, database, reporting, training, and coaching skills.
