Sales Planner

What you will do

• Develop seasonal sales, inventory, and receipt plans aligned with account financial targets and productivity metrics.
• Build and maintain rolling 18-month style-color sales, inventory, receipt, and shipment plans.
• Analyze weekly business insights, historical sales trends, and current point-of-sale performance to identify opportunities and reduce liability.
• Prepare analyses and recommendations for monthly consensus meetings, explaining changes to sales, inventory, receipt, and shipment plans.
• Lead presentations and alignment on point-of-sale forecast changes and inventory strategies across merchandising, sales, and supply planning.
• Collaborate with account executives, replenishment managers, account buyers, and planners, while handling standard, ad hoc, and administrative reporting.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in retail or wholesale, including analyst or planner experience.
• Experience with forecasting and demand planning.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Demonstrated retail math and business acumen, including sales forecasting and inventory productivity measurement.
• Strong communication, presentation, stakeholder alignment, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Power BI and Logility RO Planning applications.
