Workforce Management Forecasting Analyst (Fintech)

Location: Hybrid role based in Reno, NV, or Charlotte, NC; commutable distance to the office required.

Base compensation: $64,000–$82,500 per year, plus a 25% annual bonus target paid quarterly and RSUs.

What you will do

• Gather and analyze historical performance data, volume trends, and seasonality patterns for workforce forecasting.
• Identify staffing and service-target deviations, assess forecast variances, and support strategic decisions.
• Conduct capacity planning to align staffing levels with business demand and service-level agreements.
• Provide data-driven recommendations to improve operational efficiency and service delivery.
• Serve as a subject matter expert in forecasting techniques, models, and tools.
• Document scheduling, forecasting, and capacity-planning procedures while identifying and implementing process improvements.

Requirements

• 5+ years of workforce management experience focused on forecasting and capacity planning in a contact center environment.
• Experience with NICE workforce management software and telephony systems, including automatic call distributors and IVR systems.
• Strong working knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets and structured data analysis.
• Ability to work independently, collaborate cross-functionally, adapt to changing workloads, and build relationships across organizational levels.
• Knowledge of the financial services regulatory environment.
• Must follow the hybrid policy, maintain a commutable distance to the office, and already have authorization to work in the United States; work visa sponsorship is not available.
