International Operations Analyst

Location: On-site at hirify.global’s Corporate Headquarters in Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin, United States

What you will do

• Analyze operational data and trends across the Canada and Mexico branches.
• Recommend improvements that support more efficient international operations.
• Develop and maintain reporting tools and dashboards using SQL and Excel.
• Prepare concise, data-driven memos with actionable business insights.
• Collaborate with analysts to share best practices and identify data-driven opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• At least 2 years of experience in database analytics.
• Advanced data mining and data extraction skills.
• Proficiency in SQL and Excel.
• All positions are on-site; the role is based at the Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin headquarters.

Nice to have

• Bilingual English and Spanish communication skills.
• Understanding of Mexican culture and communication.
