What you will do

• Perform monthly cost simulations and annual cost roll activities.
• Monitor and assess inventory status, including reconciliation, booking, and analysis of E&O provisions.
• Drive inventory reduction projects through data-driven insights and collaborative meetings.
• Conduct standard cost variance analysis and support annual audits.
• Bridge the gap between financial data and business language for sourcing, warehouse, and production departments.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Business Administration.
• 3+ years of experience in Finance within a manufacturing or engineering environment.
• Proficiency in SAP ERP system.
• Strong understanding of cost accounting, P&L, and Balance Sheet principles.
• Advanced skills in MS Office (Excel, Outlook) and experience with SQL or Power BI.
• Ability to work on-site in Haverhill, MA.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of US GAAP or IFRS accounting rules.
• Experience applying AI applications for business intelligence.
