What you will do

• Manage large-scale commercial projects and executive stakeholder communications.
• Collaborate with Support, Engineering, and Product teams to resolve complex customer problems using hirify.global technologies.
• Drive improvements to Professional Services project management tools, processes, procedures, and templates.
• Develop and manage delivery schedules, project scope, resources, risks, and issues for technical services.
• Manage customer escalations by coordinating with internal stakeholders and the executive team.
• Establish reliable, repeatable delivery processes, metrics, and operational procedures.

Requirements

• Experience managing complex IT or software consulting projects for external customers.
• Ability to manage project scope, schedules, and resources while delivering concise executive-level reports.
• Proven ability to build effective relationships with customer leaders and manage escalations.
• Knowledge of PMI methodologies, Agile, Scrum, and the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Ability to identify project challenges, motivate teams, and mediate conflicts.
• Experience supporting timely revenue recognition and executing change orders.
