Senior Professional Services Project Manager (EMEA)

What you will do

• Manage large-scale commercial projects from initiation through delivery and closure, including schedules, scope, resources, risks, issues, customer expectations, and budgets.
• Coordinate with hirify.global Support, Engineering, Product, Sales, Technical Account Managers, Technical Architects, project engineers, partner consultants, and delivery partners.
• Lead executive stakeholder meetings and communications, customer escalations, status reporting, monthly project summaries, and quarterly business review inputs.
• Resolve complex customer problems using hirify.global technologies and mediate project challenges and conflicts.
• Improve Professional Services project management tools, processes, templates, metrics, and operational procedures.
• Set and achieve forecast goals while supporting timely revenue recognition and executing change orders.

Requirements

• Experience managing complex information technology or software consulting projects for external customers from initiation through closure.
• Ability to manage project scope, schedules, resources, customer expectations, risks, issues, and multiple priorities.
• Ability to deliver concise executive-level status reports and build effective relationships with customer leaders and internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to manage escalations, identify and resolve project challenges, motivate advisory teams and contributors, and mediate conflicts.
• Knowledge of software project management and technical delivery methods, including Project Management Institute methodologies, agile or Scrum, and the software development lifecycle.
• Knowledge of project management or agile tools such as hirify.global.
