Warehouse Team Lead

Location: Edmonton, Alberta, Canada; onsite at the Edmonton branch. Available shifts are Monday–Friday, 10:30 AM–7:00 PM, or Sunday–Thursday, 8:30 PM–5:00 AM.

Salary: CAD 70,000–85,000 per year, with significant growth and earning potential.

What you will do

• Complete an 18-month rotational program covering warehouse operations management.
• Receive hands-on training across inbound, outbound, and supporting warehouse departments.
• Develop warehouse management skills to maintain high standards of accuracy, safety, and performance.
• Complete forklift and warehouse equipment certifications during job rotations.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced warehouse management environment.
• Self-motivated, collaborative approach with the ability to multitask.
• Strong problem-solving, critical-thinking, and attention-to-detail skills.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree.
