Supply Chain Specialist

Location: Hybrid work model with office-based work in Mississauga, Canada. Candidates must be legally eligible to work in Canada at the time of application.

Annual salary: $70,000–$80,000 CAD, plus eligibility for a maximum annual bonus of 10% of base salary.

What you will do

• Prepare inventory, product mix, planning, and forecasting analyses, including PSI forecasts based on monthly run rates, historical data, and sales input.
• Recommend purchase requirements and inventory levels to support demand planning and inventory optimization.
• Create monthly and quarterly reports and dashboards measuring forecast accuracy, inventory levels, trends, and corrective actions.
• Collaborate with vendors across Canada and the U.S. to manage purchase orders, pricing, quantities, delivery requirements, and shipping information.
• Track direct shipment orders, communicate upcoming deliveries, and escalate delivery issues when required.
• Maintain reports and provide part-number support using SAP, APO, Anaplan, Salesforce, and related portal systems while contributing to process improvements.

Requirements

• University degree or college diploma in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field, with at least 3 years of related supply chain or business support experience.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, as well as SAP and APO.
• Analytical, reporting, and non-routine problem-solving skills within established management guidelines.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills, including presenting analysis results and communicating unfavorable outcomes.
• Ability to work effectively with non-domestic factories and international business partners.
• Legal eligibility to work in Canada is required; visa or permanent residency sponsorship is not offered.
