Lot Operations Supervisor (Automotive)

Location: Brampton, Ontario, Canada

Annual salary: CAD 70,000–75,000, depending on experience, skills, qualifications, and other relevant factors.

What you will do

• Manage the Lot department, planning workflow to meet SLAs and support reconditioning and mechanic shop production.
• Supervise, mentor, schedule, and manage the performance of Lot Assistants, Drivers, Security, and Stock In employees.
• Coordinate vehicle movement through the Vehicle Logistic Center, including staging, marking, flagging, repicturing, and transportation preparation.
• Maintain accurate production information and reporting in VTrace, AMS, and other company systems.
• Ensure vehicle services are completed and billed according to corporate and customer SLAs.
• Monitor safety, lot organization, equipment maintenance, and operations in all weather conditions, including snow removal when required.

Requirements

• Post-secondary education or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of supervisory experience in a similar role.
• Valid driver's license.
• Experience working outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Leadership experience in inventory control, operations, or vehicle logistics.

Nice to have

• Tech-savvy and familiar with Google Suite.
• Ability to drive standard and automatic transmission vehicles.
• Experience with AMS, VTrace, or other hirify.global systems.
• French and English bilingualism.
• Experience operating plow trucks, bobcats, loaders, or tow trucks.
