What you will do

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for technical roles, especially software engineering and platform development positions.
• Partner with engineering and product leaders to create hiring plans and influence decisions with talent-market insights.
• Build pipelines for hard-to-find technical candidates in competitive markets.
• Improve recruiting efficiency through funnel metrics and data-driven process analysis.
• Deliver a human, transparent candidate experience and champion inclusive hiring practices.
• Represent the technology organization at industry events and collaborate with People & Culture.

Requirements

• 4+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience in software or product-focused environments.
• Working knowledge of programming languages, system architecture, and modern development workflows.
• Proven success sourcing and hiring for difficult technical roles in fast-paced technology organizations.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems, including Greenhouse, and translating recruiting data into action.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and candidate-experience skills.
• Comfort working across time zones and adapting to changing priorities.
