Talent Solutions Partner (Recruiting)

What you will do

• Manage the full life cycle of recruiting for multiple open positions.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Source candidates through online channels, resume databases, job boards, professional networks, and creative sourcing techniques.
• Assess candidate information in the Applicant Tracking System and coordinate phone, assessment, in-person, and video interviews.
• Advise hiring managers on candidate skill sets, company fit, and selection decisions.
• Build recruiting networks, maintain strong stakeholder relationships, and manage the candidate experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3+ years of recruiting experience preferred, including full life cycle recruiting.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Critical thinking skills and the ability to manage multiple recruiting tasks and positions against deadlines.
• Knowledge of sourcing techniques, resume databases, job boards, and professional networks.
