Senior Technical Recruiter (Software Engineering)

What you will do

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for technical roles, especially software engineering and platform development.
• Partner with engineering and product leaders to develop hiring plans informed by talent insights and market trends.
• Build pipelines for hard-to-find technical candidates in competitive markets.
• Use recruiting data and funnel metrics to improve process efficiency and guide stakeholder decisions.
• Deliver a human, transparent candidate experience and champion inclusive hiring practices.
• Represent the technology organization at industry events and collaborate with People & Culture.

Requirements

• 4+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience in software or product-focused environments.
• Working knowledge of programming languages, system architecture, and modern development workflows.
• Demonstrated success hiring for hard-to-fill roles in fast-paced technology organizations.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems, including Greenhouse, and using recruiting data to drive action.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.
• Ability to work across time zones and adapt to changing priorities.
