Senior Electrical Estimator

Location: Hybrid in New York, NY; Tempe, AZ; San Francisco, CA; Bellevue, WA; Vancouver, BC; Toronto, ON; or Raleigh, NC

Salary: $108,000–$145,000 per year, depending on skillset, education, and experience.

What you will do

• Develop estimate plans and coordinate estimate development with project teams.
• Lead the development of total project estimates.
• Prepare project bases of estimate and estimate risk analyses.
• Recommend cost contingencies and solutions to problems of varying complexity.
• Maintain a library of current local rates for use in estimates.

Requirements

• More than 10 years of progressively responsible estimating experience in a construction environment.
• Demonstrated experience with estimating systems such as Sage Timberline, InEight, or CostX.
• Degree or comparable experience in a construction-related discipline.
• RICS, CEP, or CPE chartered status, or progress toward completion.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong attention to detail and quality.
